Submitting a referral or inquiry does not create a supervision agreement and does not guarantee enrollment. Enrollment requires court or agency authorization, a completed intake, verification of the proposed residence, and confirmed payment arrangements. We do not guarantee any particular outcome in a criminal proceeding, including release from custody.

Content on this site is provided for general informational purposes and may change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate but do not warrant that it is complete or current.
5. Forms and submissions
Do not submit sensitive medical, financial, or privileged information through website forms. The specific terms of supervision, program rules, fees, and payment obligations are governed by the separate service agreement executed at intake, together with the applicable court order. In the event of a conflict, the court order controls, followed by the service agreement, followed by these terms.

Clients enrolled in a monitoring program must comply with all conditions of the order and all program rules provided at orientation, including equipment care and charging requirements. Violations are documented and reported to the supervising authority.
