How Payment Works

Straightforward, itemised, and paid when it is due

Every fee below is separate and charged only when that stage of the programme actually happens. There is no bundled package and no charge introduced part-way through supervision.

Choosing a fee takes you to a secure checkout page hosted by Square. You can pay by debit or credit card, and Square emails you a receipt as soon as the payment clears.

If you are unsure which fee applies to you, or how much is currently outstanding, call us before paying on (667) 334-8139. We would rather answer the question than have someone pay the wrong amount.

Public Defender representation

Clients who qualify for representation by the Public Defender's Office (PDO) may have the cost of electronic monitoring or home detention services paid by the State, subject to court approval and applicable funding requirements.

If you believe this applies, speak to your attorney before making any payment, and let us know so we can provide whatever documentation the court needs.

Payment Questions

Common questions about paying

Yes. Clicking a payment button hands you over to Square, one of the largest payment processors in the United States. Your card details are entered on Square's own secure checkout page and are never seen, transmitted or stored by this website.

Square accepts major debit and credit cards, and supports digital wallets on compatible devices. If you need to arrange a different method, call (667) 334-8139.

Yes. Family members, attorneys and sponsoring programmes frequently pay on a client's behalf. Just enter the client's name at checkout so the payment is credited to the correct file, even if the card belongs to someone else.

Square emails a receipt to the address you enter at checkout, usually within a minute or two. Keep it — it is your record that the fee was paid, and courts and attorneys occasionally ask for it. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder, then call us.

Talk to us before the programme is due to start. Payment plans are available, a third party or programme may be able to cover part of the cost, and PDO clients may qualify for State funding as described above. Inability to pay in full should not be the reason a person stays in custody.

Call (667) 334-8139 with the receipt to hand and we will sort it out. Do not submit a second payment until you have spoken to us.
